Incredibly dirty room!!! Broken glass on the carpet, non-functional phone, shabby decor, and missing basic amenities!!! Sprucing up the furnishings and ensuring cleanliness could make a huge difference!!!

the front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows and it was nice and quiet.

The bathroom was about the size of a closet wich was disappointing since we were in a bussiness king room. I would have prefered a nice soft comforter over the thin bed spread on the bed.

The room was well-appointed and well furnished, I liked it, and it had a microwave oven, climate control and an iron. The location was COMFORTABLE and marvellous, right by Provo, nice place, the airport, and good location and the football stadium.

The affordable price combined with comfortable beds, and the proximity to local attractions was a big hit with the family.

My kids wished the pool had been open for a splash after a long drive.

The rooms - new-fashioned, neat with a shower, a very comfortable bed, as example. Paid $ 83.

No bar.

The location is comfy, 1 mile from Lavell Edwards Stadium. The staff ensures you have a really nice time, they are excellent and attentive. The breakfast is hot with plenty of food...

Air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Solo traveler beware

I mean they had cold cereal and bread at breakfast but it was just disappointing. Also I had to clean the bathtub before I could step in for a shower, not ideal when you're paying $70 a night.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive for the quality I got.

A bunch of young adults spend most of the night taking on the parking lot. At 1:30 am, I called the front desk and some told these persons to move away from the building. They quickly came back. It appears that they eventually slept in their cars on the hotel parking lot... not reassuring for the local customers.

Marvellous location as only 5 minutes to Byu Museum of Paleontology. Great service from the affable, helpful staff members. Great food quality.

This place suits me perfectly, with excellent wi-fi, a tv, and 24-hour reception. Staff especially helped my elderly parents on our first visit. I'll be back for a weekend stay.

The room was clean and nice the price was fair comparable you know two other places I would stay there again

If they would have had bagels and cream cheese that would have been great if the oatmeal wouldn't have been runny like water but other than those two things I was very well satisfied with everything and the people are very nice

Very clean

We asked for lower level because wife is handicapped but they had to give us 2nd level. Made things a little difficult for hef.

The tree-lined river nearby was perfect for morning strolls, and the pet-friendly atmosphere was good were great. The warm tones in the room were inviting too.

More accessible features for seniors would be beneficial.

The beds were old and nearly ready for replacement.

Would've like new clean sheets. And not reused the sheets
